Trademarks are amongst the most valuable assets of DuPont.  Correct and authorized use by third parties is critical to maintaining their value.  To ensure this, a Brand Protection program is in currently place to actively monitor and enforce infringement and counterfeit products found online and in the physical marketplace. Companies who enter into Trademark License Agreements are the only parties permitted to use the designated trademark (including logos) to promote products in the manner approved by DuPont.  Customers who purchase DuPont products either directly from DuPont or from an authorized supplier are allowed to reference the trademarks for informational purposes only, as set forth in published Proper Use Guidelines, which can be found on www.dupont.com.  All other uses are subject to any and all enforcement action available to DuPont.
